The BollyHood Podcast all about fresh Desi beats! Music Desis have always wanted to listen to more but never really had a source. Here’s where we come in. Your hosts Aqib and Ayan bring you Desi music from the hood in the form of a podcast! A simple downloadable audio file that you could listen to on your iPod, burn to CD or any other medium. It’s all about Desi music. We’re dedicating this podcast to fresh new music that incidentally happens to be made by brown people.

quality,.. its a podcast showcasing exclusive music! we’d improve quality but some people just like to rip music off, we don’t like that, we’re just showcasing music not letting people rip it.>

I am really impressed with what you guys are doing. I have heard many young DJ’s and mixers in California over the past 17 years and I feel that you guys are one of the best I have heard ..you guys sound very professional. Keep up the good work.
A few suggestions you cud look into:
1) Don’t AUTOPLAY songs on every page of your website. Just Autoplay it on the home page or give the users and option to turn it of. It is very annoying to hear the same song from the beginning each time you click on a new link.
2) Improve the quality of your podcast. With all the distortion that is present in your mixes I got a pretty bad headache after listening to one of your podcasts for 45 minutes.
3) Keep it clean in terms of your song selection and your language. There are plenty of foul mouthed DJs out here and I don’t think there is any need to add to that count. Music can be enjoyable and fun without any of that !
